The course was led by David Smith. He was a great speaker, and delivered the course content in a highly effective and interesting manner. I would thoroughly recommend the course for any practitioners who have Contractor clients. David will give you the confidence to provide a high quality service to your clients including performing accurate contract reviews and representing your clients at the General and Special Commissioners.
